Highfive, a video conferencing company later acquired by Dialpad, required a flexible, performance-driven marketing site to support its rapid growth and marketing automation needs. A full WordPress rebuild was executed, including custom theme development, responsive page templates, and component-based layouts tailored for the marketing team.
The updated site integrated directly with tools like Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce, Clearbit Reveal, Domo, and Slack. Highlights included live demo submissions routed to Slack, URL parameter-based personalization, and prefill logic for SDR pages. A branded ambassador landing page system was also developed with custom backend controls.
The new architecture resulted in a 36% lift in conversion rates and significantly improved performance tracking. Additional enhancements included AMP readiness, multi-language flexibility, and site-wide performance optimization—all delivered with attention to scalability and visual consistency.
